Mission 6: New Beginnings Ch 1 Chapter 1: The Split
“He what?!” Pyren yelled.
“Michael ran away to find his mother.” Remington repeated.
Pyren slapped himself in the face. “Oh for the love of the Gods. Why is everybody abandoning hope?!” he yelled.
“I don’t know.” Remington said, throwing up his arms. “But
what I do know is that we have a few missions we can partake in.”
Pyren’s expression suddenly turned into one of interest. “Oooo...I’m listening.” He said.
Remington’s and Pyren’s trip to Tao Village had confirmed their worst fea
Mission 6: New Beginnings Prologue The fight against Sorbet had been a glorious one indeed, and it was the likes of which no Pokemon had ever seen before. Not even Remington and Pyren, who were greatly familiar with battle. The efforts of the Tao villagers to escape from Sorbet’s wrath had proven successful. Although there were tragic losses, there were many survivors.
Of all things, that was undoubtedly what Remington, Pyren, and Amelia were most thankful for.
Yet the battle was also a crushing blow to the Pokemon of Tao.The damage was immense, and repairs would take quite awhile. The only bright side was (although some would choose to see it as adding insult on injury) that Merlot had offered the villagers a place to stay at her castle while the village was repaired. Remington, Pyren, and Amelia were among those who were very thankful for this
Chaos in the woods “Oh sweet!” Remington yelled, noticing someone nearby. “A Riolu!” He ran past Pyren and Amelia and up to said Riolu.
Pyren slapped himself in the face. “And here we go...” He groaned before running after Remington. The trip between Tao Village and Merlot’s castle was a lonely trip at best, but Remington and company didn’t mind. Of course, they did enjoy running into someone to talk to, as they had done just now in coming across a Riolu, a Castform, and a Haunter.
The Riolu in particular caught Remington’s eye.
“What’s your name?” Remington eagerly asked the Riolu.

Pyren came up to a door to a building and knocked on it. It was raining that day, but this was something he needed to do. He knew what the building was for.
The door shot open. “Come in, come in! My goodness, come in! I can’t believe you’ve been waiting outside in the rain all this time! You could have knocked earlier, you know!” a Ninetails said.
“Ya, hi.” Pyren said. “I hear you work with guild registrations?”
“My name is Callahan, or Calla, for short. I’m the guild registrar, you know. I’m quite good at it!”
