PMD: Bestia Glacie ch3Chapter 3 ~ Conquest
Eventually, Remington found the doors to Merlot's library. He walked in to find that the library was just as big as he imagined. "WOW!" Was all Remington could say. Merlot certainly had quite a collection. Remington walked in and looked around. The most noticeable feature of the library was the giant light at the top of the room, giving off a good imitation of sunlight. Remington glanced around and spotted an Eevee reading a book. It could only be Lexy.
Box in hand, Remington walked over to Lexy. "Hey." Remington said to him.
"Hi." Lexy said without bothering to look away from his book.
"Uhh, I heard I can get permission to use this library if I beat you at something using wits." Remington said. The lack of attention from Lexy was hard to work with. "Can I uhh..."
"OK then. Think you can prove your knowledge and wisdom?" Lexy asked, still not putting his book down. "Then answe
PMD: Bestia Glacie ch2Chapter 2 ~ Accident
From the air, although it was still dark there, Remington could make out Merlot's castle. "Yep. Definitely vampyric." Remington said to himself. The rumors of Merlot being a vampire weren't around for nothing. Dyrus landed right outside the door. "Remember, I'll do the talking, then you come in for the kill." Remington explained. Dyrus nodded and knocked on the door. A minuet later, a Fraxure wearing a maid costume answered the door. "We're here to see Merlot." Remington simply said. The Fraxure wordlessly lead them inside and down a short hallway. Two more Dragon types in maid costumes opened the large doors, revealing a rather intimidating Lugia sitting at a throne.
"And you are?" Merlot asked.
"I'm Remington, leader of Team Pokepals." Remington said. "This is my friend, Dyrus." Remington said, pointing to Dyrus. "I need to use your library." Remington continued.
"No." Merlot said. "I am not
PMD: Bestia Glacie ch1Chapter 1 ~ Frustration
"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN WE CAN'T COME WITH YOU!?!?!?" Pyren the Chimchar yelled.
"We need "experienced" teams to come along with us, and last I checked, you don't quite qualify."
Pyren was shocked. "DON'T QUALIFY!?" Pyren yelled. "We helped you get to that stupid alter for god sake!"
"The light stone never got to the alter in the first place." Chill said. "Both the light stone, and the light alter were frozen solid. Chill out dude, there's plenty else for you to do for the time being."
"Well who is experienced!?" Pyren yelled.
"Anyone who either has done two missions for the guild, or has an evolved team member in their group. Technically one of you dudes can qualify in that way." Chill continued, referring to the evolution scroll Pyren had at home.
"Sorry Chill, but I plan to cash that in with Mike to get Amelia into the team again."
PMD E3: Glacialis Pyren, Amelia, and Dyrus were all in bed, sniffling and sneezing away. Remington, the only Pokemon on the team who was resistant to cold weather thanks to his Thick Fat ability, was trying his best to brew some hot tea, but in all honesty, Amelia was the team chef, not him.
But Amelia, although resistant to ice attacks, still wasn't able to avoid a cold. It was no surprise either; she had lived in a hot desert for her entire childhood. The last time she had gone on a mission with them through cold weather, she was in bed with a cold for a week. "Of all the times for Pyren to be out of action..." Remington mumbled to himself as he poured the tea into cups for drinking. Pyren was normally resistant to cold conditions, him being a fire type. However, due to his recent battle with Skul'tolo that got him caught in a powerful explosion, he was still unable to get out of bed. When the cold weather came through, his condition only got worse as he was unable
PMD: The Snowball Effect With the medicine distributed to everyone, and everyone healthy, Pokemon all around the village were enjoying the snow. Of course, most of the Pokemon who had originally gotten sick decided to stay inside, but that was foreseeable.
Any other Pokemon, however, was doing everything you could expect them to want to do in the snow. Some made snowpokemon, some made snow angles, and of course...
Devonshire was walking back from the doctor's tent after having a chat with Dr. Quakk when he suddenly got hit in the back of the head with a snowball. "AHH! What the!?" Devonshire screamed as he was knocked to the ground. He got back up and turned around to see Chill whistling innocently. "What the heck was that for!?" Devonshire screamed.
"What was what for?" Chill asked.
"Oh, and I'm sure the snow just rolled itself into a ball and threw itself at me." Devonshire said.
"You got hit by a snow
Skul'tolo the NecromancerWhen i was writing mission three, i made up a really powerful bad guy for the fight at the top of the tower because lets face it: A fight against Devonshire or PK would in no way meet my tastes for writing epic battles.
Skul'tolo the Necromancer is a very powerful, very evil, and genuinely insane 1000 year-old Spiritomb who knows a dark art called necromancy, which involves the summoning and controlling the undead. Specifically, Skul'tolo prefers to use bones from dead Pokemon as minions by summoning his many spirits into the dead Pokemon's emancipated body.
Skul'tolo himself, however, prefers to turn himself into a powerful demon-like monster by attaching many bones to himself. He starts with the basic skeleton, and then attaches a bunch of other bones to himself for armor and for field necromancy. He can become 8 feet tall, sporting a demonic skull, wings, tail, even hooves. Skul'tolo prefers to sport a very large bone as a maul to smash his opponents. He either uses this, or sharp b
PMD M3 Chapter 9: Revenge Pyren, Vergil, Puzelle, and Ruben were all hiding in a nearby bush, anticipating the arrival of the Sneasle. Although having been adjusted to the night by now, eventually they had to start watching in shifts because it was getting past midnight and there was still no sign of him. Finally it was an hour before sunrise, and everyone was getting stir-crazy. "Maybe the Sneasel caught on and decided not to come tonight." Ruben said. As if on cue, they all noticed something moving in the shadows. It was undoubtedly the Sneasel; nothing else would need to move so stealthily as this figure. When the figure stopped right before the door to the house. Pyren crossed his fingers that this would work.
"OK really guys." The Sneasel said to the bush they were hiding in. "This is your saddest attempt yet. Even a Quagsire could see that there's a net trap here." The Sneasel said, pointing to the ground where Pyren and Vergil had laid a trap right in front of the door
PMD M3 Chapter 8: Ranch Pyren was walking through Tao Village on his way to the Rescue Guild treehouse when he came across Mike, Gunpowder, and Shroomsworth, all arguing over...Pyren couldn't quite make out what. A bunch of other Pokemon were watching the argument. Pyren walked up to a Wurmple and asked "What's going on here?"
"They're all arguing about a robbery of all three guilds two days ago." The Wurmple explained. "Apparently each guild was responsible for the robbery of another."
"All three guilds robbed each other on the same day?" Pyren asked. "That can't be right." Pyren walked up to the guild leaders. "Hey guys! Stop arguing for a sec!" Pyren tried to yell over them, with little success. He tried a few more times to get their attention with similar results. Finally he got fed up with it and threw a Fire Blast right in the ground between all of the, effectively shutting all of them up.
When the smoke cleared, Mike, Gu
